GENERAL RULES
EVENT RULES & REGULATIONS – NON ALCOHOL EVENT
When you arrive at the venue, you will head to the accreditation office to sign in and get your entrant paperwork and event stickers.
You will then need to have your car safety checked before you head into the venue. If you fail to have your car checked before entering into the venue you will not get access to the event and will need to return to the accreditation office to have your car checked. All drivers must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Once your car has passed the safety check, you will have a safety check sticker applied to your entrant sticker. It is your responsibility to make sure your vehicle is suitable for the events you will be taking part in.

Sanctioned by IHRA and must be IHRA teched.
Roll Racing & Street racing inc Modified Rotor HPR Sanctioned:
Heathcote Park Raceway Sanctioned. Min safety requirements for Drivers – long trousers, long sleeve shirt or jacket, enclosed shoes and an approved crash helmet. No shorts, pants, thongs, open toed shoes in pitlane, only long pants and closed in shoes.
Car Min safety requirements:
- Radiator overflow bottles.
- Accelerator return springs.
- Batteries must be securely clamped.
- Appropriate braking systems.
- Appropriate steering systems.
- Plugged holes in firewall.
- No loose items inside the driver, passenger compartments or boot.
- Plugged rear parcel shelves & rear firewalls for any vehicles using N2O.
- All vehicles using Nitrous Oxide must display on the outside of the vehicle in the area where the bottle is located the approved sticker.
- In addition, the approved sticker is to be placed on the outside of the windscreen in the top left-hand corner.
- The approved sticker is yellow with N2O printed in black.
- All competitors must always follow all speed signs and officials’ directions.
- Speed/burnouts are to be always kept to their appropriate areas. If you fail to obey the rules you will be asked to leave the premises.
Chicago Shootout
3 x Qualification passes (Pro Rotor) 2 x Qualification passes all other classes.
Cars are then placed into fastest vs slowest 1st v 16th, 2nd v 15th and so on.
Each car gets 3 rounds of racing.
The 2 people with the most wins go into the final.
If there is more than two people with 3 wins, the quicker pass on the previous run will progress through.
Quicker time on previous run gets lane choice.
If a minimum of 6 cars are not met, the format will be changed to knockout style racing.

One chance during eliminations, if you are deemed to jump start twice, the entrant deemed to jump will be eliminated.
BRACKET RULES
- Every car must be registered, can be registered interstate or club reg.
- Street radials, Max 235 tyre, must have tread on them.
- No wheelie bars allowed.
- Must have a full body: no missing panels, panels can be aftermarket or modified to suit things like fabwork etc
- Custom wheel tubs NOT allowed and must have mirrors, lights, window wipers, full glass (no perspex) and functioning windows.
- Must run full exhaust, silencers are allowed. Flats are permitted
- Interior must consist of a minimum of 2 seats, carpet/hood lining, dash, door trims and correct trim, no gutted out skeleton looking interiors.
- Unleaded, E85 Drum or Pump fuel only. Methanol injection allowed. No Nitrous
- Every car must be registered, can be registered interstate or club reg.
- Street radials minimum tyre size 255, must have tread on them.
- No wheelie bars.
- Must have a full body: no missing panels, panels can be aftermarket or modified to suit things like fabwork and wheel tubs etc.
- Custom wheel tubs allowed and must have mirrors, lights, window wipers, full glass (no perspex) and functioning windows.
- Must run full exhaust, silencers are allowed. Flats are permitted.
- Interior must consist of a minimum of 2 seats, carpet/hood lining, dash, door trims and correct trim, no gutted out skeleton looking interiors.
- Unleaded, E85 Drum or Pump fuel only. Methanol injection allowed. No Nitrous

- Must run full exhaust, silencers are allowed. Flaps are permitted.
- Interior must consist of a minimum of 2 seats, carpet/hood lining, dash, door trims and correct trim, no gutted out skeleton looking interiors.
- Unleaded, E85 Drum or Pump fuel only. Methanol injection allowed. No Nitrous
HPR Sanctioned
- Car does not have to be street registered.
- Street radials or slicks permitted.
- All rotary permitted.
- Wheelie bars permitted.
- Must have a full body: no missing panels, panels can be aftermarket or modified to suit things like fabwork and wheel tubs etc.
- Does not need full exhaust, side pipes permitted.
- Any fuel allowed.
- Interior can be removed.
- Minimum weight: 2 Rotor – No Minimum . 3 Rotor – No Minimum.
- Et 9.99 & quicker can run in this class.
- Windows: May be replaced with Lexan or plexiglass with a minimum thickness of 3mm.

Entrants will run Chicago shoot-out race format with heads up Pro Tree and 3 qualifying rounds. IHRA Rules apply. Extreme Rotor is for purpose-built, Pro Stock RWD race vehicles with 3-rotor engines. Full tube chassis permitted. 2 power adders permitted.
